These three have partnered up to deliver about 285kW ground-mount solar arrays for the intermediary and high school, Mason County Central Schools in Scottville, Michigan.
CEO of REE, Brian Maillet said their project was challenging as permitting and technical settings for the site had to be overcome before mobilization and construction would begin by Harvest Solar.
Brian said REE brought Sunlarge forward to Harvest for financing and they were able to reach agreements with Mason County Central Schools (MCCS) and obtain grants to move the project forward.
Money will be saved and the school will teach future generations about the value of renewable energy.
Director of Sales for Michigan/Indiana at Harvest, Ken Zebarah, said the project presented tedious difficulties, but the effort made by shareholders has sharpened the focus for solar installed possibilities in the State.
